Celebrate National Senior Health and Fitness Day at Simpson Meadows with a day of movement, connection, and community spirit! Explore wellness, enjoy the fresh air, and take in the beauty of our grounds—including the charming bluebird houses throughout our courtyard.

  • 9:30–10:15 a.m. – Going Fit strength & cardio group exercise
  • 10:15–10:30 a.m. – Hydration, snacks, & social time
  • 10:30 a.m. – Organized walk around the community and courtyard

Healthy snacks and drinks provided. All fitness levels welcome—bring a friend. Open to all community members.
