- 9:30–10:15 a.m. – Going Fit strength & cardio group exercise
- 10:15–10:30 a.m. – Hydration, snacks, & social time
- 10:30 a.m. – Organized walk around the community and courtyard
Healthy snacks and drinks provided. All fitness levels welcome—bring a friend. Open to all community members.
