Historic Olde Main
At Olde Main, modern elegance meets old-world charm. This Philadelphia mansion offers a variety of floorplans, each blending historic charm with modern upgrades.
All independent living apartments have been renovated, and they include updated kitchens or kitchenettes, generous closets, large windows overlooking the campus, and unique architectural designs sure to complement your individual décor. Additionally, we offer a wide variety of entrance fees to accommodate different needs and preferences.
The Cornerstone
Our newest building in Philadelphia features beautiful apartments with over eight different floor plans to choose from. Each apartment includes charming and modern kitchens, open living areas, and balconies.
Both Olde Main and The Cornerstone independent living residents enjoy a common bistro, an elegant dining room, a lounge for activities and entertainment, an art studio, and an auditorium.

Personal Care
Simpson House’s personal care program is for people who wish to live independently but require some daily assistance with tasks such as bathing and dressing. It includes valuable services such as medication management, appointments, and transportation.

Simpson House offers studio and one-bedroom senior apartments with personal care services in two specially designed neighborhoods: Carson Commons and Wesley Commons. These neighborhoods are easy to navigate and maximize freedom of movement. A casual dining room, activity areas, and cozy living rooms add to the charm of our intimate, family-style setting. You’ll feel right at home in your private apartment, a personal retreat that features temperature controls, a private bathroom, and spacious closets. And you’ll enjoy access to all Simpson House amenities and services.
