Memory Care at Jenner’s Pond.
What if memory care didn’t feel like memory care?
Welcome to a more human approach.
At Jenner’s Pond, we honor the whole person…their personality, preferences and dignity. Residents have open-door access to the expansive sensory garden, while care is guided by Comfort Matters®, an evidence-based approach to dementia care for which Jenner’s Pond is one of fewer than 50 accredited communities nationwide. Amba’s advanced, camera-free health monitoring adds another layer of insight, helping our team identify potential health concerns earlier and respond sooner resulting in many fewer trips to the hospital and other benefits. No cameras. Nothing to wear. Just a more thoughtful, dignified way to live with dementia.
We look forward to meeting you!

The sensory garden is beautiful but the freedom is even better.
There’s a reason the doors to our sensory garden are unlocked during the day. Residents can simply step outside, to feel the sun, listen to water and birds, watch butterflies, touch and smell lavender, walk, garden or enjoy an activity outdoors. It’s a beautiful space designed to awaken the senses, certainly. But perhaps more importantly, it gives residents something we believe matters deeply: the freedom to choose where they want to be.
Perfect for couples. Close when you want to be and supported when you need to be.
When one partner needs memory care and the other doesn’t, Jenner’s Pond offers something invaluable: the ability to stay close while each person gets what they need. One partner can enjoy an active, independent lifestyle on campus while the other receives specialized memory care just a walk away. That means plenty of visits, meals and moments together, without one spouse carrying the full weight of caregiving. Both partners get the support they need to stay healthier, more independent and, most importantly, connected.
Respite Stays: A change of scenery for your loved one and peace of mind for you.
Jenner’s Pond offers affordable short-term memory care stays to families throughout Chester County. Guests settle into a warm, residential setting with exceptional care, plenty to do, pet therapy and the freedom to enjoy our expansive sensory garden. Whether a caregiver needs a break, has travel planned or simply needs a little extra support, your loved one can feel right at home, and you can feel good about where they are.
Nonprofit makes a difference. So does the price.
As a nonprofit, we exist to serve people rather than shareholders. This means we invest in what matters most: exceptional care teams, evidence-based practices, innovative health technology and an environment designed specifically for people living with dementia. The result is an extraordinary level of memory care at pricing that may be much more accessible than you expect.
Fewer than 50 nationwide. Jenner’s Pond is one of them.
In 2026, Jenner’s Pond became one of fewer than 50 memory care communities nationwide to earn the rigorous Comfort Matters® Accreditation. This evidence-based approach recognizes that even as cognition changes, emotions remain deeply important. Instead of simply treating a behavior, our team looks for what may be behind it which could range from pain, hunger, boredom, fear or another unmet need; and responds with comfort, dignity and a deeper understanding of the individual.
