Assisted Living
The assisted living program is specifically designed to offer personalized care and support to seniors who wish to live independently but need extra help with daily living tasks. At Wesley Commons, you’ll receive individualized services from our trusted professional staff to help maximize your independence. Services include 24-hour healthcare oversight by a licensed professional, meals, housekeeping, laundry, medication assistance and management, assistance with bathing and dressing, and more.
Memory Care
McKendree Gardens, the Memory Support neighborhood at Simpson Meadows, is thoughtfully designed to provide specialized care for older adults living with dementia, Alzheimer’s, and other cognitive-related diagnoses. Our residents enjoy the comfort of private rooms, each with a personal bath, in a safe and nurturing environment. Our memory care team, trained in compassionate care, ensures that each resident is treated with dignity and respect, providing personalized care around the clock—24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Each day, residents engage in a variety of tailored activities, both individual and group-based, that help to enhance their abilities and improve their well-being. Our residents also enjoy the beauty of secure, landscaped gardens with safe walking paths, a bright country kitchen, two activity areas, and a cozy, welcoming living room. Family-style dining offers delicious, freshly prepared meals shared with new friends in a warm, social setting.

For nearly 28 years, Comfort Matters® has educated over 10,000 healthcare professionals across the U.S. and in 22 countries.

Respite Care
Our Respite Care program is designed to offer temporary relief for family caregivers, providing a break while ensuring loved ones continue to receive expert care. Residents who need assisted living or memory support services receive a full range of services, including three daily meals, snacks, housekeeping, laundry, medication assistance, personal care support, and 24/7 supervision by licensed healthcare professionals. A full calendar of activities and outings keeps residents engaged and active. Respite stays at Simpson Meadows can range from three to 30 days, offering flexibility to suit the needs of caregivers and their families.
Simpson HomeCare
Through Simpson HomeCare, residents of Simpson Meadows and the Downingtown area can receive high-quality, in-home support tailored to their individual needs. Our compassionate, experienced team works with you to create a customized care plan, offering services such as meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, errands, medication reminders, and assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming. With flexible scheduling and personalized care, we help ensure comfort and independence for seniors in the familiar surroundings of their own homes.
