At Olde Main, modern elegance meets old world charm. Choose from a dozen different layouts in this historic Philadelphia mansion, ranging from studios to spacious two-bedroom, two-bath apartments.
All independent living apartments have been renovated— including updated kitchens or kitchenettes, generous closets, large windows overlooking the campus, and unique architectural designs sure to complement your individual décor.
Carson Rental Apartments Now Available!
Simpson House is now pleased to offer two (2) studio and five (5) one-bedroom, recently updated RENTAL apartments in our Carson Building. These units include a $300 per month meal credit. Our community features a range of services and modern conveniences to give you the time and freedom to enjoy your active lifestyle. The Cornerstone
Our newest building in Philadelphia includes gorgeous senior apartments, a bistro, an elegant dining room, a lounge for activities and entertainment, an art studio, and an auditorium. Choose from over eight different floor plans, all including spacious, gourmet kitchens, open living spaces, and balconies.
