Skilled Nursing
The Preston Residence at Jenner’s Pond provides comprehensive skilled nursing care and specialized rehabilitation therapies for people who need more help than their family or current caregiver can give. We help seniors who need long-term care live as independently, comfortably, and safely as possible when they can no longer perform everyday activities on their own. For other residents, our short-term rehabilitation services or respite care is needed for temporary care after an injury, illness, or surgery.
Our person-directed, wellness-oriented approach factors residents’ health, well-being, and dignity into decisions. We provide individualized care plans directed by each resident’s personal physician and overseen by registered nurses and licensed practical nurses.

Rehabilitation
For adults recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, Jenner’s Pond offers comprehensive rehabilitation services. Our team of licensed professionals includes board-certified speech, occupational, and physical therapists. They are experienced in treating fractured hips, hip replacements, knee replacements, strokes, and other complex medical conditions. Together they develop customized care plans to help individuals return to their optimal level of function faster.
All of our spacious suites are private. Rehab residents and their guests can enjoy meals in our inviting dining room, relax by the fireplace in the library or outside on the veranda, and take advantage of all the amenities and activities at Jenner’s Pond.
Respite Care
Whether for a few days or a few months, respite care at The Ruston Residence means staying in your own private suite and having the highest level of skilled nursing care, dignified support, and health care management. Our respite care program is designed for caregivers who need temporary help. There’s peace of mind in knowing that nurses are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Short-term residents get the dependable, round-the-clock care they need.
Home Care
Through Simpson HomeCare, those who need a little extra support can receive care in the comfort of their own homes. Our carefully screened team of professionals will work with you to develop a personalized plan to fit your needs. Skilled and dedicated companions can assist you with tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, errands and grocery shopping, medication reminders, bathing, dressing, and grooming. We offer personalized care plans with flexible scheduling.
